Terms and conditions

Effective date: 11 October 2026. By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using ujLearn, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

ujLearn is operated by EASYQ2C PTY LTD (ABN 59 693 587 754), NSW 2144, Australia. Contact: support@easyq2c.com.

2. The service

ujLearn provides personalised 1:1 online mentoring for students preparing for medicine admissions pathways (for example UCAT, MMI, CASPer, applications, and related tutoring). Mentoring is based on personal experience, preparation, and research.

• We do not guarantee admission, interview success, exam scores, or any particular outcome.
• Sessions are not official advice from any university, admissions authority, or exam board.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those institutions.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to book. You agree to provide accurate information (including country and timezone, which affect displayed pricing) and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Capacity and students under 18

Secondary and high-school students may create and use ujLearn accounts. If the account holder is under 18 years of age:

• A parent or legal guardian must consent to the student’s use of ujLearn and to these Terms.
• The person who completes payment for a booking warrants that they are authorised to make that payment (for example using their own card for a student’s booking) and, where the account holder is under 18, that they are the parent or guardian or otherwise have authority to bind the account holder to these Terms.

If you pay for someone else’s booking, you also warrant that you are authorised to do so.

5. Booking and payment

Prices are shown based on the country and currency associated with your account and the service you select. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Selecting a time may place a short unpaid hold while you complete checkout. If you do not pay in time, the hold expires and the slot may be booked by someone else.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed (or a valid session credit is applied) and our systems record confirmation.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling, credits, and refunds

Bookings, student cancellations, rescheduling (including the 24-hour notice rule), tutor cancellations, session credits, and any exceptional refunds are governed by our Cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: paid student-initiated cancellations do not receive an automatic refund; tutor cancellations normally result in a same-service session credit; cash refunds are discretionary as described in that policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access
• Share your account in a way that breaches these Terms
• Harass tutors or staff, or use sessions for unlawful or inappropriate purposes
• Copy, record, or redistribute session materials except for your personal study use, unless we agree otherwise in writing

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

8. Intellectual property

The ujLearn name, website content, and materials we provide remain our property (or our licensors’). You receive a limited right to use them for your personal mentoring and study. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ujLearn and EASYQ2C PTY LTD are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about exams, applications, or university admissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the mentoring service or paying the cost of re-supply, at our option.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use ujLearn after an update, you accept the revised Terms. For material changes affecting existing paid bookings, we will honour the policy that applied at the time of that booking unless the law requires otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws in your place of residence.
